Belgorod area plane accident carries 74 Russian military personnel, according to official media
A Russian military plane conveying 74 individuals has crashed in the Belgorod district, Russia's Safeguard Service expressed, as per Russia's RAI Novosti news office. Russian news organizations refering to the Protection Service expressed 65 of those on board were Ukrainian servicemen who were being traveled to Belgorod in front of a detainee trade.
